MR Remote Assistance
An expert can view what a worker sees in real time through HoloLens video call. The employee is either using HoloLens glasses or holding a smartphone or tablet directly in front of his or her eyes while working. There are two distinct advantages to MR remote support:

Using holograms instead of the customary paper documentation, the expert may show the employee all he or she needs to know, right in front of their eyes, through AR (instructions, videos, circuit diagrams, etc.).

The expert has the ability to draw indications (e.g. arrows or circles) straight into the employee's range of view, so that he may use them as a guide.When using data glasses, the employee also has both hands free.
